Frequently Asked Questions

There is no cost for attending our events. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals who might not otherwise have the chance to experience diverse cultures and cuisines.

We prioritize people who don’t have the opportunity for international travel. If you're interested, you can contact us via our Facebook page and we'll reach out when there's an open spot for an upcoming event.

The events are hosted at our residence in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. The exact address will be shared with confirmed attendees.

We cover the cost of all the food and provide a stipend for the chef. Our aim is to promote an appreciation for international cuisines while supporting culinary talent.

We foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that encourages connection and cultural understanding. We want everyone to enjoy themselves, learn something new, and leave with full bellies and hearts.

Yes, guests are welcome to bring alcohol unless it would not be advisable for the culture per the guest Chef (we will inform you beforehand if this is the case). However, in order to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for everyone, we ask that no hard drugs be brought into our home.

Thank you for your interest! The best way is to engage our facebook page. If you have ideas for chefs or cuisines you’d like us to feature, we’d love to hear your suggestions.

We have been married for almost 30 years and lived all over the United States. We love international travel and food. We lived in Tennessee for many years where a core value is "hospitality". We love to have people in our home for dinner and meet strangers. One of our shared core values is equality and one of us loves adventure while the other loves stability. This is an effort to foster our core values and get to know people.
